We operate on a confirmation based appointment system. Any appointments that are not confirmed within a 72 hour period will be canceled.

Our business relies on booked appointments. Any and all appointments that have been scheduled are a reserved date and time slot. Any appointments that need to be CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED are REQUIRED to pay HALF of the service total .

Any appointments that are canceled or no show day of or day before, full amount is owed

New Clients 50% deposit owed to book first appointment. This will go towards your service total. Non refundable.

    Note: Depending on how long the quick (blood vessel in the nail) is, will determine on how short we can get the nails. Consistency is key. Every dog’s nails are different!

    Anal Gland Policy: For the health and safety of your pet, we do not offer anal gland expressions, whether internal or external. If your pet requires anal gland care, please consult your veterinarian.
